Meet Our Team

Paulo Perez

HVAC/R Instructor

“I see myself in my students which is the main reason I teach. I see when they need my support and someone to help them when they get stuck in a problem. Theory is great but hands-on is what we do and how we learn best. As instructors, we offer you the best training possible, mentorship, and our years of experience. If you follow our guidance, the training and put in the work, you will graduate with the knowledge and skills needed for employment. Believe in the system, listen to your instructors, and put in the work! We are here to prepare you for the heating and air conditioning industry!”

Kendrick Robinson

HVAC/R Instructor

“With over a decade under my belt, I am still passionate about my work. To be successful in this field you need to be a hard worker, focused, and determined person. Not everyone is made for this field. It can be challenging at times, so you need to make sure this is something that you want to do. If you give it your all and work hard it is a great industry to be a part of. On top of being an instructor, I still work in the field during my free time to keep my skills on point! This not only helps me but also what I teach my students during their training.”

Gilberto Dimas

HVAC/R Instructor

“Con más de 15 años de experiencia, todavía me apasiona estar en la carrera. Disfruto enseñándole a los estudiantes de todas edades. El mejor consejo que puedo darle a mis estudiantes es que siempre hagan un trabajo honesto, así es como ganaran clientes para toda la vida. Me encanta estar en este campo porque este trabajo lo puede hacer cualquiera, a cualquier edad y en cualquier época del año. Si le echan ganas, este negocio les proveerá buenos frutos por muchos años.”

Bill Budz

Electrical  Instructor

“I have been an electrician for 20 years and 11 of those were in the field. I was fortunate to be Klein’s runner-up for the electrical instructor of the year in 2016. My advice for anyone looking to get into the electrical industry is to be willing to work hard and do what it takes to get the job done. Most importantly be on time, no call no show equals no job; communication is key. Remember, we all started from the bottom and climbed up that infamous experience ladder. If you have the patience and put in the time the possibilities are endless.”

Cesar Corral

HVAC/R Instructor

“I graduated from this institution more than 20 years ago, not only has it allowed me to grow as an individual but also as an educator. I teach my students the importance of hard work and what it means to be an HVAC technician. What I enjoy most from this kind of profession is that never top learning from the experiences you get in the field. There is always a new skill, tool, or system being developed. The field is always evolving and it's up to us to keep evolving with it.”
